These Terms of Service govern your use of The Listing Factory, operated by Bulk Made Studio Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The Listing Factory is a stock and price management tool for Etsy sellers. It connects to your Etsy shop via the Etsy API to help you manage stock levels, pricing and listings across multiple products.
The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must create an account to use The Listing Factory. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Listing Factory connects to your Etsy shop via the Etsy API. By connecting your Etsy account, you authorise us to:
- Read your shop listings and listing variations
- Read your order data to track stock levels
- Update listing quantities and prices on your behalf
You can revoke this access at any time through your Etsy account settings or within The Listing Factory. You remain responsible for your Etsy shop and must ensure your use of The Listing Factory complies with Etsy's own terms of service.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy. Any issues with your Etsy account or listings are between you and Etsy.
Access to The Listing Factory requires a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
You agree not to use The Listing Factory to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Violate Etsy's terms of service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Your use of The Listing Factory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime or interruption.
The Listing Factory automates updates to your Etsy listings based on data you provide and orders received. While we take care to ensure accuracy, you remain responsible for verifying that your listings, stock levels and prices are correct on Etsy. We are not liable for any losses arising from incorrect stock levels, pricing errors or listing inaccuracies.
The Listing Factory, including its design, code and content, is owned by Bulk Made Studio Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Made Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or profit
- Loss of data
- Incorrect stock levels or pricing on your Etsy listings
- Any actions taken by Etsy in relation to your account
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, or with 30 days notice for any other reason. On termination, your access to the service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
